Mr. Westmoreland has more than 29 years of experience representing clients in complex business and real estate transactions, real estate development projects, and real estate litigation matters. His practice includes extensive work involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and development of commercial and industrial properties. He also possesses substantial experience in zoning and land use matters, regularly advising clients on regulatory compliance, permitting, and development approvals. In addition, Mr. Westmoreland has a significant background in commercial and business litigation, representing clients in a wide range of contract, business, and property-related disputes.
